Eric Broser has been involved in the fitness industry as a trainer, strength/contest prep coach, writer, and gym owner for nearly 20 years. He is an NGA and IFPA Natural Pro Bodybuilder and a two-time Mr. Eastern USA winner.

Eric has penned over 30 articles on training, supplements, and nutrition, which have appeared in such magazines as Iron Man, Muscle Mag International, Human Muscle and Performance, and Muscular Health and Performance Illustrated. Currently he is a monthly columnist and contributing author for Iron Man magazine and writes both “Eric Broser’s Muscle In Sites” and “Net Results Q and A” column. Eric has released a book, co-written with L. Rea. It is called “Building the Perfect Beast…Naturally,” and is one of the most cutting edge texts ever written on physique transformation. Further, Eric is the pioneer of the popular POWER, REP RANGE, SHOCK training method, which is being utilized with tremendous success by thousands and thousands of trainees across the globe.
