Ava Cowan appears again on Natural Bodybuilding Radio, ripped and fresh off her stunning victory as "Overall Champion" in Miami Florida at the 2009 Figure Universe Championships.

This past weekend was the Figure Universe in Miami, Florida. I had an incredible time, and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. This year, the figure competitors were drug tested for banned substances, and I was so happy about the decision. It makes for a fair competition and really promotes natural competitions.
That being said, I am pleased to announce that I was just crowned the 2009 Figure Universe Overall Champion! I am just thrilled.

Hey, guy i told you she is awesome that true. She win again because she is ripped no one can beat that. Ava is the number one in figure champion the best. I’am glad she won again and she will win again and again ok thank.
